There are absolutely no refunds! However, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item for “Secured Credit” which can be used to exchange or select another apparel item for the value of the item previously purchased.
In order for purchased items to be exchanged or returned, items must be unused and returned in the same condition received. PLEASE KEEP ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!!
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and amount of your “Secured Credit.”
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying YOUR OWN shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping address will be listed in the approval or rejection email upon receipt of your item.
